"Made an appointment and was late because of police activity...fun times but I called them and told them that I was still on my way and they were very accommodating. The only issue is the noises my car was making when I drove up the street and stopped at a stop sign. I called and was told to drive my car back and they would look at it the next day. Not the best neighborhood that is NOT happening. Then was told it was nothing they did that could be causing the noise (kinda true it is what they did NOT do). I was then told to drive home and to have my car towed back to them. I was not happy had a panic attack about safety and then inched my way back home. This is where my amazing mechanic made a house call and fixed the issue. Looseness"
