"To be honest i was disappointed with their way of treating a potential customer. I trusted the high ratings. My car was giving a high pitched whine. I realized it had something to do with the axle/transmission. Luckily i was close by upland and stopped at save on auto care at 3 pm on Friday. Obviously no one expects them to repair the car completely 2 hours before closing. However, the person at the front desk told they won't even run a diagnostics. He wanted me to book an appointment and come back on Monday. Basically i have understood that in case of emergency, i should avoid save on auto care. I immediately went to another auto shop. They got the diagnostics done and even waived the cost of diagnostics once i agreed to complete the repairs in their shop."
