"I made an appointment for 1pm, and she looked like she’s still Curling hair and no acknowledgement time. I had to ask if she’s even in and then tells me another ten minutes. I made an appointment for a reason because I need to be done by a certain time. I won’t be back to this location again. Another person who was waiting longer was kind enough to offer his seat! It’s the principal and customer service I strive for but this was unprofessional. I’ll be going to my other fantastic Sams who are on time. Do better next time."
