"Vibe and barber were cool. But why it was the worst barber experience: 1. I made an appointment for what she said would be a $20 mustache cut - they charged me $50 2. I got home and still had to shave hair that was left on my neck, above my mustache, and under my sideburns 3. I got home and had loose hair poking my eye and all over my face 4. Barber said he would send me a recommended razor but never did I'm considering a chargeback for this waste of time and hard earned money. Recommendation: Go to a real barbershop, and one with at least a 4.5 rating"

"We first made an appointment for my son’s haircut, but the hair stylist who was going to cut my son’s hair wasn’t sure she could cut his hair the way he wanted it. So she looked for another stylist who could do it and we rescheduled for an hour later. Appreciate the honest and not just trying to make a sale. So kuddos to her (I didn’t get her name). And Roman who cut my son’s hair did an excellent job!! This was our first time there and definitely coming back!"
