"I usually get a good haircut here, not always. Not that crazy about the revolving door of stylists. Also can't pick a stylist you want to see. So you can't always get the same haircut. Seriously not very crazy about that."

"Employees were nice and polite but did a poor job with my haircut. The lady I saw literally spent four minutes cutting my hair. I had to ask for her to make the 'cut' less choppy and to even it out to be straight. She did it, but it didn't seem like she was happy to spend more than seven minutes cutting my waist length hair."
