"I recently had the misfortune of visiting Sinaloa tire shop, and I must say it was an utterly horrendous experience. The owner's unprofessionalism and offensive behavior left me shocked and appalled. From the moment I walked in, I sensed an unpleasant atmosphere. The owner, who seemed to be perpetually angry, made no effort to hide his disdain for customers. Little did I know that things were about to take a turn for the worse. As I browsed through their selection, I overheard the owner engaging in a conversation about previous customers, spewing derogatory and offensive language without any regard for decency or respect. It was evident that this was not an isolated incident but rather a regular occurrence. To my dismay, when it was my turn to interact with the owner, I became the target of his vitriolic outbursts. He used foul language and derogatory terms while discussing other customers, showcasing an utter lack of professionalism and courtesy. It is truly disheartening to encounter such a toxic and unprofessional individual in a business that should prioritize customer satisfaction. The owner's behavior not only tarnished the shop's reputation but also left me feeling deeply insulted and disrespected. Moreover, the lack of customer service skills at Sinaloa Tire Shop was astounding. It seemed as though the owner had no interest in assisting customers or addressing their concerns. Instead, he was more focused on belittling and demeaning anyone who crossed his path. Needless to say, I left Sinaloa Tire Shop without making a purchase. I refuse to support a business that not only condones but also actively participates in such unprofessional and offensive behavior. I strongly advise anyone considering this shop to steer clear and find a more reputable establishment that values its customers. In conclusion, my experience at Sinaloa Tire Shop was appalling due to the owner's offensive language, disrespectful behavior, and utter lack of customer service skills. Save yourself the trouble and find a tire shop where professionalism and respect are the norm, not the exception."

"Went in to get 4 tires replaced on my Classic car and they had a kid working on it who stripped my new studs on my brand new Drum, left me on 3 lugs to go home and tried calling it even for the tire labor. Had an argument with the boss who is always polite over the costs of getting new parts, I’m barely able to break even and will end up having to spend more money for the parts they messed up. Been coming for years with no issues till they hired inexperienced teenagers to handle business. They aggressively told me to leave and not come back and we’re cursing at me as I drove away. Good way to lose loyal customers."
