Reviews of The Spa at Séc-he
"Excellent all around. From a concierge check-in approach, including complimentary waters, to the brief tour of the multi level of services offered and the actual services themselves. Wow! First time in Palm Springs for us and this was such a treat!"
"WOW WOW WOW! I had the best experience I’ve ever had a Spa. I spent a Thursday from 9am to 1:45pm and did not even have time to do all the offered amenities that were no extra charge. I had one scheduled treatment, a clay scrub and massage, so I would count that as two, which were PHENOMENAL! Very luxurious, spacious, relaxing, and full of extra amenities. And they also seemed to have the latest trends and equipment on the market. I do recommend booking an early slot, not busy and super quiet. By the time I left it was still quiet, but definitely busier. Lunch was wonderful by the pool and super yummy, large portions, so sharing would be a better option. Have a great time, you won’t be disappointed!"
"I definitely understand why this place is rated as one of the best spas in the country! Right after we checked in we were taken on a tour of this huge facility. There is so much space and so many amazing amenities to take advantage of. The 15 minute soak in the private mineral pool was great. I was a little under the weather and I sat in the eucalyptus steam room for about 20 minutes and left feeling so much better! From the outdoor pools to the Himalayan pink salt Rooms to the quiet rooms with grounding chairs and meditation soundtracks this place has something for everybody! The cafe is even nice with some great tasting salads and sandwiches. It’s worth every penny especially if you go during the week when they discount the day passes to $125. I look forward to coming back here and highly recommend anyone to go."
"The staff after actually getting into the Spa was amazing. The 3 star was earned by the lady at the front desk and how we didn’t get a full tour and arrived 15 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment as stated from the phone associate. The lady I spoke with on the phone said they have complimentary shirts to wear. On arrival the lady had upright remarks that they don’t have complimentary shorts, they might have some that you can purchase but no guarantee. After we were passed off to our rushed tour. The guy was sweet but the tour was rushed and he said he would come back for us but of course forgot… Anyways, he did end up stating they do have shorts for complimentary and did provide those. He had amazing customer service but 1 star for the female at the front desk for trying to sell me something and lieing and 1 star for us not getting a tour of the facility and having to figure it out ourselves. We paid at least $1,000 to be here you would expect someone to remember to come back and guide you through a facility and a member at the front desk not to lie to you. Inside the spa was excellent though! So cudos to the people who created this place but fix your staff. LASTHING THE STRAWBERRY AND CREAM SMOOTHIE WAS PHENOMENAL!"
"A MUST SPA EXPERIENCE!!! Beautiful facility with sooooo many treatment rooms to offer. If you go during the week M-Th is $99 per person. Parking available out front. The spa has a men’s only side and a women’s only side. The staff were all so helpful and friendly! It was amazing!!! In the spa, they have sauna, hot steam room, a cold shower, and ample lockers and seating. The spa provides robes and sandals (which are so comfortable). Then with your day spa pass, you receive a complimentary 15 minute mineral soak in their “hot spring” tubs! Then they have two Himalayan salt rooms, a sound sensory room, and inversion chairs that are the best for napping! They provide headphone, eye masks, and comfy blankets for your napping needs! It’s so relaxing! And outside they offer and outdoor mineral pool, hot tub (which was too hot to enjoy) and a nice cool pool with a waterfall! The food on the patio was very good and convenient. Staff is attentive and brings your meal when it’s ready. The spa provides plenty of outdoor lounge chairs with umbrellas and towels. The cabanas and day beds are an additional charge. And to round out the spa experience, Sec-he provided vitamin c infused showers and all the toiletries you need for freshening up before you head out!!! Best touch- the Lavender infused cold towels!!! They’re the best, so refreshing in the steam room or hot sauna."
