"I came here to do some tire change, front alignment adjustment and back shock replacement. They did a poor job on the shocks and it gave a squeaky sound whenever I drove through uneven road. They also did a poor job adjusting the alignment. So I came back to the shop three times try to fix the alignment issue but they turned me back due the schedule and bad alignment machine. The last time I went they told me that my strut and side arm was bent and need a replacement. They should have told me this issue when they first did my alignment but for some reason they didn't. POOR communication and POOR executions. (Oh they also lost my back side cover, the careless attitude of Christ in the front was another highlight)"
"i live down the street so this is my local neighborhood "tire" shop. i always have good experiences with everyone here. just know what you need before you go in and know what prices you are going to pay and it helps a lot. i always go in for alignments and tire rotations and when they let me know if i need new brakes or etc they'll tell me. i just went in with my lifted truck to replace some ball joints and the prices and labor charges were fair. shouts to christian/chris for always taking care of me and giving me updates pro tip: go early in the morning at like 9-10am and you will have your car done in a few hours. if you go later in the afternoon when they are swamped, you'll have your car done the next day."
"The fact that there's a review from a week ago that states this place was honest and not attempting to upsell you, shows what kind of clientele they make their money on. Immediately upon arriving I told the technician (younger kid), that I had done my research and decided that I was going to have my wife's car tired replaced there because they had the best deal and they tired I wanted in stock. (Online I could've checked out for $712) I mention the ones I wanted and he looks up the vehicle and proceeds to show me 2 other options that weren't what I said I was in there for. I was open to listening as these both were tires I didn't come across in my research. Immediately he totals them up and gives me a price of $860 and another of $980. Knowing what my other price was and the background of the tire I went in wanting, I mention it again and saying I'll just go with what I saw online. He pulls it up and shows me and says we'll those are $1140. I asked how it different from online vs. store. Like why is there massive discrepancy? His response was as vague as can be, they don't show you everything we include online. So I asked, well what aren't they showing me? He points to his screen and as I'm reading I see that he selected 'yes for their certificates (aka warranty) which alone was adding about $120. I then asked to just see the cheaper tires he mentioned and while he goes to get them I ask the older employee who was sitting there watching and I asked him if he was familiar with the other brand he's going to show me? He gives me a quick rundown and I thought I'd go with these instead. So the kid comes back and I tell him we'll what's the total on these others he brought out. He totals it up and it's about $960. Again I see the warranty selected as 'yes'. I asked him why is the warranty on there? His response pissed me off, having been in sales my whole life I get it. There's things you want to push, like warranties to meet whatever kinda quota you have. But to blatantly show the customer it's there then say, "Oh its apart of the package" and when I say oh so you're saying I can't get these tires if I don't buy the warranty? Knowing that upon checkout online it's optional AND on his screen it's shows 'Yes' and 'No' Straight up told me no I can't get the tired without the warranty. So lying to me when it's clear as day on his screen that he can take it off. Now if this is his decision, then it's a shitty sales practice and someone needs to show him how to honestly show the customer and find their need in having the warranty and actually SELL it. OR this is how management wants it done, which being a Corporate location is even worse and a bugger problem. If you can't sell tires, or a warranty for tires, then maybe you need a different job. Lying to me was enough to make me say forget it. Solely based on the fact that I didn't like that I was attempted to be sold another tire other than what I wanted, but was open to listening. Then after being uncertain about why the price varied and not getting a clear reason why, and to top it off being lied to about a damn warranty. Do not go here, I went up the street to Covina Blvd and Azusa. 7 minutes to the other location, and was shown a bunch of options, took the time to talk to me about why I wanted what I chose, and ended spending $680 for better tires than what I was planning on getting for $712. Money wasn't the problem here, I went with the intention of spending $700 and actually almost spent $900. It's the kind of people who actually want to be there and help people vs. The kind that are there to collect a check and don't care."
"It was one of the best and most honest experiences that I have had at a tire place. They are very kind, helpful and honest. No one there is trying to upsell you on things that you don’t need. James and the other two mechanics were great."
"It would be a zero, but one is the lowest I can give. I get that this is a very competetive industry, but my experience with them was far from satisfactory. Look up a price on their website. Then call them and see if they will honor it. Watch them add all sorts of items onto the quote. Classic bait and switch"
