"It was pouring rain and my elderly mother pulled up with a screw in her tire. It was losing air and totally unsafe given the weather conditions. She asked if they could do the repair so she could get home safely and they turned her away. Instead of taking a few minutes more to help her they said they just wanted to get the cars they had inside out so they could close. No pride of ownership no work values no work ethic no morals. I hope their mothers never need help in the rain."
"Much thanks to Ivan took care of me in and my concerns thought I needed a patch but he let me know I was good and helped remove the small nail off my tire. Needed all my tires balance since I felt shakes on high speeds in the freeway and took care of me straight away definitely coming back and letting all my Familia and friends know about you guys in and out less than 30 mins !"
"Amazing customer service, very quick and efficient, all the work is looked over twice before completion to ensure the best service, They are very welcoming and accommodating. Best shop in town will definitely bring my car again and Recommend friends and family"
"I recently took my 2017 Mustang GT to get new tires installed in the rear. I think I paid about $30 but the damage ended up being hundreds. They severely damaged the paint on Performance Pack wheels during the installation. Paint was scraped off and broken off in some places. I drove the car home and parked it for a few days after the installation. I didn’t notice the damage till about 3 days later when I started driving it again. I didn’t bother taking it back and letting them know because I know how shops operate. They would’ve told me it was my fault and that’s why it took so long for me to bring it back. Looks like they can’t work on nice things. Edit 6/05/19: just got the rear tires replaced again because I burned out the ones in the picture. The new shop told me that the previous shop (Front Line Tires) cracked my tire pressure sensor and didn’t properly place the tire weights. So they weren’t even balanced properly."
"Got here in the morning , needed to fix/patch tire fast and the staff here did it under 15 minutes. I was not late to work thanks to their speedy service. Also important the service fee is reasonable."
