"Terrific staff and customer service. I popped my tire beyond repair 3 miles away at around 5PM. Luckily this shop closes at 7PM. I had my car towed there minutes before they closed. They did not have my tire, but allowed me to leave my car there locked inside and explained that they would have the car done early morning. The tire needed to be delivered by their warehouse nearby. As they promised, so they delivered. 10AM my car was ready. I highly recommend this location and Just Tires as a whole. I realize some places might offer slightly lesser pricing for the same tired, but in way shape or form is it the same level of service or peace of mind."

"Terrible!! Literally waited 2 and a half hours to change my tire with an appointment. The guy at the front said they were backed up and only had 2 people working meanwhile I saw 4 guys there with my own eyes. Never returning EVER."

"These scammers are the definition of criminal mechanics. They refused to honor their online prices which they ALSO had posted at the counter. They had my car up and ready for the oil change even before we could settle on a price. They saw me being young and thought I would just pay more to get it done already. When I said no thanks if you can’t honor the deal you posted, I’ll leave. They brought my car around taking their sweet time. Fast forward 20 minutes later I’m driving and my car starts to shake and my accelerator starts to stall, I pull over and check my car. After 30 minutes I find that several screws in the engine block have been loosened and unscrewed. These guys are crooks and complete trash. I’ll be filing complaints with the BBB and corporate as well."
