"Used to be a really effective and quick service. Previously would have been told right off the bat that my shoes were unfixable. Unfortunately rhis time the person taking my service order wrote all my information (name and cell #) down wrong so when the repairman realized he could not fix the shoes, called a different number than mine. I showed up a month later (without the tag - my bad) and it took them 15 minutes to find my shoes off to the side. Looking elsewhere for my next shoe repair."

"I bought a pair of knee high Timberland boots with a side zipper that broke within a year of owning them. The zipper was always difficult and eventually ripped away from the boot lining. Initially, I planned to just replace them but it felt wasteful as the boots were in good condition. After taking my shoes to Dean's they honestly came back better than they ever were, including when they were brand new. The boots are easier to get into and have a higher quality zipper than when they were new. Super thankful. Amazing work and I could not be more happy with them."
