"Excellent work! I found a like-new pair of Tory Burch boots at a used clothing store, but the rubber/plastic bottom of one heel was missing. For only $15 Amparo's replaced the bottom of both heels so that the height and hardness would be the same. I dropped them off at noon on a Saturday and they were ready by 3:30. They're now my favorite shoes. Cash only."
