"The place looks nice and has a nice front desk customer service. “ Nat” did a horrible job doing my daughter’s haircut. She has no patience and is rude when she talks to kids. Paid $38 for the haircut that made my daughter’s hair look horrible."

"Had the worst experience taking my 1 year old here for his first haircut! Lady that was cutting his haircut had no patience, I understand my son was not letting himself cut his hair but showing some patience and compasión comes a long way. You can tell the lady was not willing to give him time she kept telling the other lady working there that he wasn’t letting himself every minute instead of trying a different method.my son was hold a remote control they had let him borrowed and she literally snatched it from him and told him he had to give it back that he could take it of course he was not going to take it. We were technically told we would have to come back another day to get his hair fixed they couldn’t even offer to do a haircut the next day all they said was we will call you sometime next week kind you my sons hair looks horrible. They are also a bit pushy because knowing that we weren’t even close to done the owner came up to the lady cutting my son hair and told her that her next app was here and that’s when we were told we would have to come back another day. Do not recommend this place at all"

"This was our second visit and it was like day and night from the first. I was under the impression the "vacuum" was a tool all employees had because this is a kid-centric establishment. It's not - my mistake. Our stylist seemed really annoyed that we asked for that because my son's gets itchy/ hives with the hair. Apparently, other customers had previously asked about it too. The stylist went on a ramble on how expensive it was and that she was tired of people asking about it. I thought that ramble was unnecessary. I honestly thought this tool was something this kid place offered as a way to stand out from the rest of the kid haircut locations. Now that we know that it's not, we'll find something more local with better service."

"We’ve been looking for a place to take my daughter to get her hair cuts for about 2 years. I’m so so happy to FINALLY have found the place! They painted her nails (her first time), washed her hair (her first time), and cut her hair. They were so patient and loving towards her since she is kind of nervous having so many firsts. They also have experience with sensory sensitive kiddos as well! We cannot wait to come back! I cannot rave enough about this place!"
