"Went into salon and it wasn’t busy at all. Lily was amazing and so are my eyebrows!!! I almost don’t want to use her name she’s so good! I cannot wait to return! Thank you Lily!"
"I never write reviews but I had to do it for this one. This place was very unprofessional due to the fact that they have nail techs who are not well trained. I think it’s important to have knowledgeable nail techs before getting into this field. I communicated from the beginning what I wanted. My nail tech still didn’t know what she was doing. My nails were crooked, I asked for a better reshape, I had to help her find the color I wanted, because the color she painted on me was just a clear coat, and had to ask for someone’s else opinion, my design was everywhere, I told her it’s okay if she couldn’t do the design. When she finally cut me, I think that did it for me. I only stopped my service when she cut me. I felt like if I stayed there any longer. I would have lost it. But I’m just glad I handle the situation in a calm manner. I don’t blame her, everyone makes mistakes and that’s okay just learn from it. I paid for my service and didn’t ask for a discount but I explained I wouldn’t tip because the work was unprofessional. I understand that being a nail tech and working in this industry is not easy but you also have to put in a lot more effort to improve your work that way costumers won’t feel this way. It is not okay to have nail techs out here who have no idea what they are doing. These nail techs were are all nice and kind but the quality of work is not okay. Lastly, I want to mention that this place has some unsanitary spots. The place could use some cleaning and organizing. The sink is also dirty. Some of the nail techs were eating lunch and laying around on the couch. I can’t comment on their tools but I would hope that they clean it after every use. Thank you for reading my review."
