"I came in to a very nice and calm environment which invited me with open arms. Giana was the one who styled and cut my hair and they were the sweetest and most welcoming person I’ve ever met. Throughout my entire time there they were always nice and friendly and made my experience 100 times better. I showed Giana the haircut that I wanted and they explained everything that they’re going to do and why. After the cut, they explained what I should to do keep my hair the way it is and recommended some amazing hair products to me. Overall, my experience was nothing less than perfect and I would highly recommend it!"

"Esther is professional, knowledgeable, and talented. She listens to what you want & discusses it with you to make sure you both understand and to make sure you leave her chair happy. The salon is cute, clean, and inviting. I love the whole vibe. I'd probably hang out there if it wasn't weird. Prices are fair for the quality & experience Esther brings. IMHO, she could probably charge more. There is always a good playlist playing in the background so it isn't super awkward & quiet if you dont like to chat the entire time. The chair to wash your hair is super comfortable BTW. I almost fell asleep in it. Location is great - downtown Pleasanton. You can take a stroll and do some shopping & dining before or after your hair appointment. Hart Hair has a private parking lot so I've never had trouble finding parking."

"So cute hip little salon in the heart of Old Town. I drive over 50 miles to have Ester Chapman do my hair. An amazing colorist and cutter. Price range is appropriate, super professional without any stiffness. Parking a little tricky but can always find a spot. Worth a try!"
