"Love this place. Since I have been going here my hair has stopped falling out, feeling dry and looking damaged. My scalp doesn't bleed and hurt like when I'd go else where. Everyone is very friendly, the place is up to date and sanitary. I was told from a previous stylist from another business I wouldn't be able to go lighter, Marissa has been able to get me to the look I desire with no breakage or damage. My hair is growing fast and healthy. I love how they don't try and up sell you or pressure you into buying hair products. I did want to buy my own products from them. All I asked was my stylist what she recommend. It's hard to find a place like this with such an amazing artist that listens to you and cares about you and there work. Thank you for taking care of me and making me feel good about myself"

"Awful service. Made appointment and the colorist was 15 mins late. Then she proceeds to tell me that for my hair length she couldn’t do the partial highlight in the allotted time. When I tried to offer other solutions, she starts to blame me saying that I didn’t tell them when I made the appointment that my hair was colored before or that my hair was long. Excuse me, I am not a hair stylist or a colorist, how would I know what information is important to share without being asked. When I made an appointment I should’ve been asked all of the information that was important for the colorist to know. Anyway, the colorist was so cold and unhelpful that I just decided to leave without getting anything done. I think there was something else that was going on where she had another appointment or was double booked or something. Awful!"

"Update 1/27/22 After another bad experience, both my 9yo son and I are heartbroken to leave Courtney and Fusion 3 Salon. First, after my initial review below, the manager played phone tag with me and each time I called back, she had “left for the day.” The last time she called, I called back again within 30 min and all she wanted was my CC # to pay for our haircut that I said I’d be in to pay that day. NOT because of my experience that I shared on Yelp This time we waited 40 min before my son’s haircut was started. Not a courtesy call that Courtney was running late was considered or given. This was after failed coloring on my hair a month before which lead to another two hours of my time, on top of an hour and a half before. Now to wait 40 min is a blatant disrespect of me time. My son is sad. I’m sad. But in good conscience, we won’t set ourselves up to be disappointed yet again. ——— So I've changed my review probably as many times as they have had front desk people LOL been coming here consistently for at least 7 years and it used to be a warm, welcoming place. Kinda like they appreciated your loyalty. Friendly, understanding, and accommodating. Now, not at all. It sucks to be treated well for so long and now, after all this time I'm starting to feel like just another appointment. At $82 a cut, it's not the feeling I want to leave with. How would you feel getting VIP treatment for years and then treated insignificant? It's so difficult to schedule appointments with my stylist now, there is no proactive approach in finding appointments if requested dates/time don't work. Seems like the people up front are more worried about getting time to cut in the back instead of building out excellent customer relationships. Please note this is not a review on the stylists, they are all awesome but if you want my $100 every 5 weeks, service has to greatly improve before sitting in the chair again. Super unfortunate, I used to look forward to coming in, now not so much."
