"I am a long time customer and the quality of hair has significantly decreased. I purchased a new bundle of hair on October 22, 2023. The hair tangles, sheds, and is nappy. I am having to spend more time on the extensions than my natural hair. It so tangly that when I comb my hair it rips out my natural hair and the I tips falls out. I spoke with Shannon and customer service she didn’t not believe and only off me hair oil or to send the hair back for investigation. They will not refund nor send me quality hair. I was patient and respectful but not I am upset that they’re not taking my concerns seriously. They also mention some costumers are sent quality silky hair and some get tangled and coarse hair. Save your money don’t not buy from this company!"

"Terrible terrible terrible quality spent over 400 dollars, applied them once and they already have lost 5 inches. I know how to take care of extensions my last set lasted me 2 years!!! They get matted and tangled anytime I wear them out of braids, don’t hold curl at all and they were wavy for one day one day! They shed and break like crazy and are extremely thin so disappointing, I’m so upset! The tape is the only good thing about these extensions that’s it.and not to mention the color has totally changed to !"

"I ordered this hair for a client. I was told that that i-tip would work as a heat install by the company. It did NOT. This compost DOES NOT STAND BEHIND their products at all!! They offered me a 20% discount on my next order. Why would I order from this company knowing that the hair is trash and they don't stand behind their products. After I realized that i-link wasn't working I called the company, they said I needed thier keratin, I ordered it. I re-installed after I added their keratin to the hair. It still DID NOT work. As the pictures show the keratin was literally crumbling off. I didn't do anything to help it come our. Nothing to dissolve the bond, nothing to break it. No pliers or anything. This hair is extremely dry. As if, it's over processed. It is all knotty and tangly. I already know how the company will respond, the same "our hair is of top quality, single drawn, Remy, all cuticle in tact. The same spill they have posted on every other negative post. To say I'm very disappointed with the company and the way they handled the situation, is an understatement. I only use top quality products in my salon. This particular client has extensions all the time. She does a loose braid to sleep, with a satin pillow case and a satin bonnet over her hair. I had to deep condition this hair religiously just to detangle it, as to every other brand I have used I didn't. It's like there was some type of coating on the hair to make it look good, then it was trash."

"DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES PRESENTED ON THE WEBSITE! OBJECTS MAY SEEM BIGGER AND THICKER THAN THEY APPEAR! If I could give this a no star I would! I received a package of beaded extensions that were ULTRA THIN and look like DOLL HAIR!!! And I paid $190!! These products are not quality at all and are VERY CHEAP! they are definitely NOT "Perfect Locks". Also, the refund policy is a scam! they don't even want you to look at the product, if you open them to look they will not refund your money."
