"After being a regular for 6 months, I have to change my 5 star rating to a 2 star rating because of a recent pedicure experience. Either the aesthetician wasn't trained well or did a hasty job. 1. My pedicure lasted 20 minutes in all, super rushed! The glitter nail paint that I was wearing before is still there on some nails. 2. My toe nails have never looked worse (see picture). Tool damage on big toenail, some nails not cut straight and edges not filed down. Basically, I need to go home and fix it. 3. A couple of times the aesthetician hurt the live skin on the inside cuticle of my big toes. Ouch! Most aestheticians here have been pretty good but I can't go back here because of a bad one who was put on the floor without proper training. I tried to provide feedback to the front desk but didn't feel heard so I'm posting here."

She truly cares about the health of your nails and is super sweet! I moved two years ago, and still drive 50 mins just to see her. I am picky and she has never let me down. I also get the deluxe gel pedicure which is amazing- they take their time and the leg massage plus hot stones, heated moist towels, paraffin wax, etc. is such a treat! I compiled a bunch of photos of my nails and figured it’s been wayyyy overdue that I give them their flowers/praise. Not to mention they treat their customers like family. I get so much joy from coming here literally every 2 weeks."
