"My first time visiting this location and it was an absolute pleasure. I had my hair done by Chi who was very friendly and professional. She took great care in making sure I looked good and I’ll be booking with her from now on. 10/10"

"I probably had a good experience because I only had to wait for one person in front of me. I came during a Tuesday evening during rush hour, so that would probably explain the lack of customers. Anyway, she double checked with me the length I wanted for my hair, and the haircut went smoothly. It wasn't too expensive either ($26). I'll probably be back in the future for another trim. :)"

"The worst! Does not honor appts and this is not the first time that it has happened to us. We let it slide through many times but this time was enough. We had an appt scheduled and the lady told us that there was a 45 minute wait. There were like 10 people ahead of us. Staff is always changing and we always have to juggle if the hairdresser knows what she is doing. I’m done with this place."

"Shaved my hair unevenly, the fringe was cut much shorter than I requested. Poked my eye with a tool 1 time due to rushing. Knocked my knee while opening the drawers 2 times without apologizing or saying anything. My haircut took only 8 min start to finish. Impolite manners overall. This experience costed $26 before tips. I believe it is because they Overbook their customers, and they told me that they can handle my haircut, I was patiently waiting for my turn, they ended up running late to close the store. The lady put the frustration on me, rushed through the haircut. I left the salon with soaking wet hair, and hair full of shaven hair. They could have told me to come another time. Highly disappointed, will not recommend to visit."
