"The stylist should NOT be doing straighting services. I've had Japanese hair straightening(thermal reconditioning) done in the past, and went in for a touch up on my new growth. The stylist over-processed my entire head of hair. No remedy is possible at this point. I researched the brand they use before-hand and it is reputable, however the application method is bad. Do not recommend for this kind of service."

"I went to get a color correction. Not any easy fix by any means. My hair was 3 different shades of blonde with a clear line of demarcation. I went to this saloon after seeing a REALLY good deal on groupon but it wasn't exactly the same process. When I called and described what I wanted she agreed to honor the groupon price (SCORE). They use high quality products olaplex and all. I was really impressed by how quickly and meticulously she worked. I was in bleached from a level 7 to 10 in 2 hours and she spent extra care to tone it a silver violet since I was trying to achieve a metallic lavender shade. She created the perfect base for my unicorn hair dreams and I've been bragging about her to my friend's ever since. I am definitely coming back for a root blend and trim soon. I 100% recommend this place!"

"Beware! Notice to the population. I feel cheated by this spa. I did a Japanese straightening in this spa, however, I realized after the first wash that my hair became spongy and very curly again. my life I have done the keratin treatment and the Japanese straightening elsewhere and I really know the result and the duration.However, this spa sells us cat hare.The Japanese straightening offered is not, maybe the procedure be, but the product is not, because the result is really null. I recommend that you pay more in a place that is really serious. I called to complain and they told me that I had to buy a product to keep it (they did not tell me anything just by phone when I claim them). They also told me that I should dry it with a dryer to that can be maintained. BUT True Japanese straightening does not require a dryer without embarking on the keratin treatment itself. Do not be fooled !!!!"

"I went to this place for a balayage hair color and a cut and was nervous at first because it’s easy to mess up. But this place is amazing!! They did such a great job on my hair and I don’t know why they don’t have more reviews. I showed the pictures of what I liked and I didn’t need to micromanage anything. They really knew their hair color techniques well. I’m more than satisfied with the outcome and their prices were very reasonable especially considering the quality of services. My hairstylist was very quick, but thorough. The pictures speak for themselves."
