"I stopped by for an appointment. The hairdresser was just finishing somebody. I sat down and waited. I had been exactly 6 min late. She took the next 40 minutes finishing up the customer. Then the next person came in for their appointment. She said that since I was late she's been to the other person first since they would work quick. The other person insisted that I go first since I've been there for over half an hour. The hairdresser told me that she was going to do him first and asked me if that was okay. It wasn't. I said nothing cause it isn't really been worded as a question then had to listen while she explained to the other customer that I had said it was ok and that she couldn't do me first cause there was another customer after. She lied out of her #$$as while expecting me to wait when she had a customer after as well. I understand you are a one person show which sucks and Supercuts is at fault there. However, you lie about what I said in front of me when you have no plans to help me to make the other person feel better. That is abuse and abusers don't get to touch me. My fault for being 6 min late. Tell me at that point you aren't gonna be able to fit me in. Dont say you are running late then make up things I haven't said to justify mistreating me."
