"Linh has an amazing talent, I can’t recommend her enough. I got my hair cut two weeks ago and haven’t stopped getting compliments. Friends will look over at me in a room and tell me that once again my hair looks great. Coworkers are debating getting their hair cut in the same style. I’m the type of person that doesn’t even blow dry the hair—I shampoo and condition, and that’s the end of my care routine. It still looks AMAZING. I showed up with some reference photos and she went above and beyond. I’m so incredibly grateful I went to her and highly highly encourage people to seek her out!"

"I booked here on a whim as it was close to an appointment. The salon is conveniently located on Piedmont Avenue in a charming upstairs loft that is spacious and peaceful, with lovely natural light. I was greeted warmly at reception, and led to the best haircut of my life from Kohl. Prices reflect the precision, style, and service I received. I highly recommend the salon and stylist I saw."

"Lovely shop and staff, however I went here for a colour last week and the stylist really rushed the colour. She was running behind but I assured her I was in no rush, she seemed flustered and as a result colour was not evenly distributed throughout, so it’s a bit patchy. My hair is quite thick so really needed the colour working through thoroughly. Good colour match but again, very rushed service. I was even left with wet hair at the end. Although I said I usually let my hair dry naturally I didn’t expect to be let outside in this temp with wet hair. Expected better with the prices that are charged!"

"Frank & Lola is an amazing salon. I have had my hair colored and highlighted by Maggie for 21 years now, and I would never consider anyone else. She is an amazing colorist and artist. I consistently get a ton of compliments on my hair, and I always leave her salon delighted. I am naturally blonde, and she makes my hair look the way it did in my early twenties when it was still a lot lighter. She is incredible. And Maggie is also a wonderful, sweet and kind human being. It is a pleasure spending time with her every time. I couldn't recommend Maggie and Frank & Lola any more highly."
