"I give Trim a negative 20 stars rating because of their dispicable policy and their methods of communicating, and their unsuitable behavior as a personal services business. Their ambush policy states "For appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours we charge 50% of the service total. "No-show" appointments will be charged 100%". A preferred statement that they refuse to make an appointment for no-shows and give only 3 sequential/repeated reschedules before the same refusal to make an appointment. I'm disappointed in the owner's attitudes."
