"I have gone twice for acrylics and both times have been disappointed. The nails are just not quality, full of imperfections, they are bumpy, and with bubbles in the gel polish. Would not recommend getting acrylics here."

"Today, January 7, I went here with my family. We have been going here for years because of their cleanliness, kindness, and ability to provide good experiences. The lady painting my toe nails today however was rude and snappy. When she finished painting my nails she moved me to their center table with a tiny fan saying she would do the top coat after they dried. This was her effort in trying to rush another lady into my seat. She had me walk barefoot, with my newly painted nails and clean feet- across their dirty floor and over to a mat with tons of hair and dirt. (See image of filthy mat below) She then poorly painted them with a top coat whilst I was sitting at the center table, over a dirty mat. My pedicure got filled with hair and dirt and I asked to please have my big toe repainted. The lady was rude and said “it’s just a hair” and continued to fix the job by painting over it with CLEAR polish. I now have dirty feet and hair in my pedicure due to her lack of care and lack of service. This experience is outrageously disrespectful and distasteful. You have lost my family and I’s business and I will no longer be recommending this place to others."

"I got an acrylic set and basic pedicure. Overall they look good but I feel like the fill isn’t close enough to the cuticle so they already look grown out. My cuticles weren’t cut back at all/ cleaned up which I’m used to. My pedicure was okay too. The polish looks nice but my feet feel the same. I normally feel like my calluses feel smoother. My friend got the deluxe pedicure and luxury manicure and she was happy with the process. The mimosa thing wasn’t really a big deal and she had to wait a while before it was offered. She also should have received 2 since both services came with it but only had 1. Overall a decent experience. There are a lot of chairs and people working so that was nice."
