"Terrible manicure! I had a decent manicure the first visit,then went downhill quick on the next one. It was painful as well,dremel burnt my finger nails on 3 nails before she finally backed it down.I had a dip manicure,nails were bumpy,did not look professional. I won’t be back."

"What an awful and unclean shop. I went with my mother In law and my husband. We were walk ins on a very quiet Saturday. Literally no business in the shop. We got pedicures and my MIL and I got our nails done. I got acrylics with gel and she just got gel. The total for all of our services was some how 235$ before tip which based on the posted prices makes no sense. Not to mention Cathy used dirty gloves and dirty tools. She did my MIL pedicure and my pedicure with the same gloves and barely washed the tools and dipped them for less than 15 seconds in a questionable sanitizing solution. I would have stopped the service right there but my MIL was enjoying herself. Come time to get my nails done and my acrylics are bumpy uneven and the polish isn’t even on well. My toes and hands look like a beginner did them not someone who has been in the business 20+ years. I was cut multiple times with out an apology. I’m disgusted with the level of customer service Cathy deems acceptable. I will absolutely not be back."

"Literally looks like an amateur did my nails. This is the second time I give this shop a chance and the last. $20 manicure. $5 to remove my dipped powder nails. Cathy literally ripped the dipped powder off from my natural nails instead of having them soak. She kept hurting me as she did this and she hurt me with the drill as well. She broke a couple of my nails while doing this and claimed that they were already broken. I think she was mad because I opted out of shellac but her terrible treatment caused her to not get any tips."

"NOT HYGIENIC. I came here to remove my dip powder polish and get a regular manicure. The nail tech didn’t change her gloves after starting someone’s pedicure, and then going back to my hands. That was gross. You touch someone’s feet and then touch someone else’s hands. That should be a basic hygienic practice. Then she cut my skin while trimming my cuticles, but of course did not acknowledge it or apologize. Then she decided to criticize how dry my skin was, and I told her I have eczema and it’s been soaked in acetone, so obviously they are dry. She offered unsolicited advice saying to use Vaseline instead of lotion. Okay, well she isn’t a dermatologist so please don’t offer advice. They don’t discard disposable items. For example, the orange square buffer is usually cut into smaller pieces so it can be used once per person and discarded, but it has clearly been used over and over again. When she cut my skin, it started bleeding and she used this gel pen with a brush to cover it, which also looks like it is used on everyone else. I will not come back here. I am trying to be understanding of poor service because of the pandemic, and not complain about small things, but Covid or not, these are basic sanitary principles to follow."

"I recently got my first pedicure in over 6 months due to quarantine. The owner wore a face guard, had a plastic Draping between us and every other chair for safety. Great service!"
