"I liked this place until I had an emergency with my car brakes and could not make it to my appointment. They charged me full price for my appointment because I let them know 40 minutes prior to the appointment time once realizing. My car was unsafe to drive, I had no clue, and spent hours at the mechanic. When I relayed this to them and said I understood a cancelation fee (even of 50%), they did not care. They are also impossible to reach by phone call so was pretty difficult to convey this in any more of a timely fashion. Will not be going back."
