"Due to an unexpected move out of state, we were in need of getting a partial refund for our paid in full ortho work for my son. We are now 6 months into trying to get a refund applied and I am being ignored by Brentwood Ortho and their accounting department. When I do get the privilege of speaking to a human, I am being told "we are working on it and we'll call you back soon"! ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS!!!! My son has been in braces for almost a year now and 6 of those months has been without care because Brentwood Ortho doesn't want to give us our money back for unused ortho care!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! And now I'll seek out legal services to try to get it back!"
