"I strongly advise against spending any money at this place due to their extremely poor service. The lady who handled my hair pulled it so harshly, starting from the hair wash. The blow-dry experience was painful, and I'm certain I'll have a headache soon from all the yanking and harsh tugging. I'm unsure if she was in a rush or having a bad day, but it was undoubtedly a painful experience for me. When she asked about the product I wanted in my hair (heat protectant), she barely sprayed anything and failed to partition my hair, neglecting proper application everywhere. Consequently, I'm leaving not only with pain but also with hair likely damaged from the heat."

"Used to be a favorite since opening. Last visit was odd, as I got screamed at by an employee who mistook me for someone else. I should have left before service, but tried to make light of it, although apologies were only made reluctantly as I was leaving. After receiving a boilerplate after-visit email stating: " Customer bliss is our #1 goal.  Please let us know how we are doing!  Though we looooooove to hear the good stuff, it is just as important for us to hear the not-so-good-stuff.  Please always feel free to email us and let us know if there is an area (ANY area) where we can improve! " I answered with an email to management about my far-from-blissy experience without naming anybody. My email was ignored. Obviously I won't be back."

"I definitely recommend giving this Blow Dry Bar a visit. I've been going here for years and I have always walked out happy with my hair. All of the stylists are just so lovely !! they're easy to talk to and very professional. When booking an appointment you could choose the option for "any staff member" and you would be pleased with your results they all seem to be equally qualified. The manager purchased the salon from the owner a while back and I know that she is putting a lot of effort into revamping the place; I also think being a former employee puts her in the unique position of knowing where the deficits were previously. Sooo to sum up I would say ...qualified staff, clean bright environment, good rates the only drawback is parking can be tricky and I wish they had more employees that could braid hair."
