"10/10 would recommend I came in tonight and got a design done that I wasn’t even sure if she could do. But she was very patient very fun to talk to and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted! By the end of it my nails looked like amazing!! Great work Donna! ❤️❤️"

"Ehh. The women who worked there were extremely friendly and polite. They welcomed me and tried to get me to "relax". That being said, all their tools were filthy, they did not use NEW nail filers which is against CA state law. Everything was dirty, and had other clients dead skin cells on it. I should have walked out, but was too nervous to say anything. On the nail fill she basically use the nail drill to try and take everything off. The women that did my nails, also nicked my skin on one of my hands which didn't feel great, especially since her tools were not sanitized. Next, I didn't appreciate that they choose the colors for me. As the client I should have the time to look through and pick the colors I want - not have someone give me options. The paint job was "ok" 3 layers plus the clear coat but she did leave dried nail paint on my skin and then after she painted my nails she used the file on them again - which actually makes your nails chip more quickly. I don't see myself returning."

"I NEVER right reviews but here we go... Although there are many positive reviews regarding the service here, my experience was anything but pleasant. After making me wait an hour (despite being asked to return due to already having a client, which I understood as a walk-in) I was overcharged and underserved. Upon my return (earlier than the arranged time) Donna, proceeded to take on another client while I sat and watched for an hour... the purpose for my visitation was to repair a pinky nail which had broken (for this service I was charged $6) and a color change ($9) which brought me to $15! Typically I would pay this amount for a fill-in and color change elsewhere. She made several comments that this was a long time client. When she finally got to me I was then strongly encouraged to get a special pedicure treatment which was an additional charge on to the pedicure itself. The pedicure was mediocre. The buck doesn't stop here, as I sat to dry I overheard Donna offer another client a glass of wine while I had not been offered anything besides a magazine... Although Donna attempted to be sociable I could tell that it was simply an attempt to distract me from the fact that I had been waiting for so long. Just and FYI, the reason I stayed was because this was the only place in the area available to to Acrylic, but I will never return here and would rather travel. Donna does seems to have loyal clientele, but it appears as though in order to get good service you must be a "long time client". I was extremely disappointed."
