"My daughter had an appointment at 3pm. We walked in Receptionist RUDELY pointed out that its only 2:20pm and that my daughters appointment was at 3pm. I told Receptionist "Whats wrong with being Early"?! We always early in case there are documents that need to be signed. Receptionist proceed to be Rude and state "I am just saying"! Since when being early to an appointment deemed early?! Very Rude and Scarcastic Receptionist."

"Please do not take your children here, whatever you do. My daughter had her cavity filled here. It literally fell out while she was eating. We went back to see him and he replaced it. A couple of months later it fell out again! I tried to make another appointment but he was out of town so went to another dentist office. Turns out my daughter had an abscess as a result of Dr Carlsons terrible work and the tooth had to be completely removed and she had to be given antibiotics. The cavity almost ruined the other tooth next too it as well but fortunately that was salvageable with fillings. I'm so glad I went somewhere else otherwise who knows how bad the abscess could have been! I asked the receptionist to have Dr Carlson call me when he returned from vacation. No call, nothing. I tried again and couldn't get through. Not only did he destroy my daughters tooth but was too cowardly to even call or acknowledge what happened. Please save yourselves and go to any other dentist apart from this one!"

"I'll start by saying that I hate going to the dentist. I never went as a child really, so as an adult I have had a lot of issues with my teeth. Due to fear, and the plain fact that Dentist offices are cold, dentist and staff are usually cold and unfriendly, judgmental and intimidating... maybe just how I felt, but because I did feel that way, as an adult, I have only gone to the dentist when I absolutely had to, because I was in too much pain to not.. the last time I felt that pain was two years ago. Dr. Carlson was recommended to me by someone at work. I have spent more time in Dr. Carlson's chair than all other dentist chairs in my life combined. Yes he has had a lot to do, but he takes his time, he is so patient and understanding about my fears.. I can't believe I keep going back, I am proud of myself, and so very grateful to Dr. Carlson and his staff for helping me finally face my fears and getting a much healthier smile. I also took my little one in for her first ever dental appt. they were great with her too."
