"Had a great facial and massage with My Retreat. It's a great day to spend your Women's Day there. Staff are friendly and respectful. Their services are good too, the 4 of us ladies did a 30 minute facial and 60 minute massage. Reminder bring your own robe, bathing suit and flip flops too if you want to go into the spa. Best case scenario, they have their own drapes to provide. Overall, the rooms looked nice and clean. Don't have to worry about dirty flooring and messy environment. And yes, book your appointment ahead of time if anyone is looking forward to this place."

"I had a pretty good experience l, the staff was nice and the environment is clean. The heated foot treatment felt great. The hot tub wasn't very hot so if you like it hot, make sure to tell them in advance. We told them after and they turned it up. My massage was good, the young lady was proficient and struck the right balance between talking and letting me enjoy the experience. Overall I would recommend this place and would go back again."

"I got a message with Jane on Tuesday. She did an amazing job! I do hair and have a lot of shoulder pain and lower back pain. I felt like she relieved my pain in both places. She did cupping on my lower back. It was interesting and really helped my lower back issues. I feel like this is the first time in a long time I haven't felt pain in my lower back!
