"I always love coming to this dentist, everybody is so nice and everything is very pleasant! But appointment times are unfotunately never accurate. When they give you a time you almost always end up waiting at least 30 min + on top of that and it's made me late for work before. It makes me very nervous every time I have an appointment during work and it's hard to come on lunches because an hour long appointment turns in to an hour and a half, or a 30 min appointment turns in to an hour."

"Originally, I went to Dr. Koenitzer for a second opinion on what my dentist had said was a necessary crown replacement for between 2 and 3 thousand dollars. Bob did a repair instead, in about 10 minutes, for under $300. When I referred by husband to Bob, their office sent me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. Great staff and I highly recommend them."
