"Dr. Chan is great, but my recent visit was not. The hygienist was condescending and rude! I was later asked to retrieve the phone number for the insurance company, which I thought they had. Lastly, I was over-charged. When I discovered this, they did send a check to me promptly, but the overall experience was not great. Again, Dr. Chan is great, but I only see her for a minute or two during my visit. I don't know if it is worth it."
