"I've had nothing but great experiences here. The new hygienist is wonderful and really pays attention to your needs. The dentist is very nice and respects your choices. The only issue I've ever had us trying to schedule a cleaning appt as sometimes they do not have any available."
"I was a patient at this office for ten years. All I can say about this place is that I wish I had left sooner. There were warning signs too—-outdated equipment, disorganized supply rooms, uninformed staff—to name just a few. I remember always noticing boxes of files stacked to the ceiling in the back room, all of them collapsing on top of one another. I often wondered to myself if those were patient’s dental records. The supply rooms that contain the tools they use inside their patient’s mouths do not look any better. They often appear unkept and dirty. Many times, when I had work done, I can recall the assistant scrambling to find the right equipment. Once I overheard the dentist tell his dental assistant to stop using a specific instrument on my teeth because it was too old. His exact words to her were, “would you want that in your mouth?” Her answer to him was, “but that’s the only one we have that fits.” I think they were talking about a drill bit. Needless to say, I cringed in my dental chair. I would have got up and left at that point had I not been in the middle of a root canal. I did switch dentists shortly thereafter. Much of the work that I had done at Bright Now was shoddy and needed to be fixed by other dentists. Things like failed root canals and crowns that would eventually come loose. The last crown that they installed formed a hole after about a year and fell out. Keep in mind that the average life expectancy for a crown is five to ten years. When I called the office manager (Patty) to explain that their $1200 crown had failed, her only response to me was that Bright Now doesn’t guarantee crowns. Not what I’d expect an office manager to tell a patient who has been with her practice for over ten years. Not that I expect a full refund, but offering to share part of the expense would have been a much more appropriate response to a patient who has been with her office for so long. Much of the shoddy work that Bright Now did didn’t really materialize until shortly before I left. That’s one of the reasons I think I stayed there for as long as I did. I also liked the doctor who worked there at the time. He had a good bedside manner, anyway. After he left, it just seemed to be a revolving door of staff. The last dentist who I had there appeared to be in his twenties and always looked high on something. Bright Now’s office manager, Patty, is just plain rude. I was a patient at Bright Now long before she started working there, and she has mishandled more of my appointments than any dental office manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Once She had me waiting in a dental chair for over two hours to have a crown put in. She said she needed to get some sort of approval from insurance or something. Approval she said she had already gotten before she scheduled my appointment. The upshot was that I ended up having to wait in the chair for over 2.5 hours without getting any work done. After getting the run around for close to three hours, Patty offered zero sympathy. Shot my whole day to hell, and not so much as an apology. I even thought I heard her try to insinuate it was my fault somehow as I walked out the door. For the past two years I’ve been going to a fantastic dentist and she has done a marvelous job on my teeth. I pay a little more out of pocket because she is a top tier office, but it’s well worth the piece of mind it gives me. If you’re thinking of wasting your money at Bright Now, my advice to you is please reconsider. Bright Now is nothing but a sub par dental clinic. You want dental professionals that are well educated, and who have a lot of good knowledge and experience. Bright Now is not the place you are going to find those qualities."
"Called on Monday 11-13 for loose crown. Audreanna was able to setup an appointment On Tuesday 11-14 at 8:30. I was taken on time & Dr Bala re-cemented. I was greatly relieved! The entire staff have always treated me like gold! No one likes going to the dentist but they make it as painless as possible!"
"Can't say enough good things about Bright Now!! They repaired a chipped front tooth that was fixed when I was 8yrs old, so it lasted about 45yrs but hasn't looked good for probably 10yrs. Along with a good cleaning I walked out with a clean and sparkly mouth!!!"
"I rarely do reviews but maintain my loyalty. Anyway this clinic is not great, not really outstanding in anyway but ok by the standards. I see some good reviews and some fair to bad. Before the new management everything was smooth not lacking but well managed. Now getting an appointment here will cost an arm and a leg if not your life. It’s either they have no staff or you wait till a patient drops off the queue. They lack an alternate channel for their patients and they will outright tell you to get service somewhere else if you question. Their prices are so high much to my surprise if my insurance covers 90% and I pay 10% out of pocket how then am I paying more compared to the insurance? Anyway bright now has nothing new to offer they do not go above and beyond in my opinion and there are dental clinics that will offer same service with less wording pocket friendly and no long months of waiting because they lack staffing and and patients have to build rapport with every new staff. Go where you are valued and your little money is appreciated like Dr. Armen on Arlen Dr. Rating anything below 1 star but won’t allow so 1 it is."
