She knows her way within the organization, and the way other insurance companies act, so whenever we have a question she either has the answer directly, or knows where to get the answer. "We've been with Sue for probably about 10 years now. I can't speak highly enough of her! She always answers her phone or gets back to me quickly. Making any changes to my policy is a breeze! She'll get me new quotes quickly and help me to do everything through email or over the phone. I was just in Europe this last month and decided to add earthquake insurance. Not being able to fax or mail documents she set it all up to do through one email. I'm someone who yearly will take a look at all my policies and shop around to make sure I'm getting a good deal, but I've been so pleased with Farmers and Sue in particular that I don't even bother.
