"These guys are Amazing. Had a flat tire and ran over a nail. They fixed it right away. Most places will hit you with a high estimate for unnecessary repairs, not these guys. Straight to the point. In and out. Highly recommended. Will return."

"I arrived for my appointment for 11 AM. Check in was nice and easy. There is no waiting area, I was disappointed as it said there was one online. I asked if the car would be finished by 2PM as I had a scheduled appointment. I only needed a replacement for one of my tires. I was told that it would be done in time, so I proceeded to wait 2 hours outside the store. As 2PM came closer, I asked about my car. They were backed up and behind. In fact, it wouldn’t be ready for a few more hours. Only after another call to check on the status of the vehicle, I got a call back saying it was ready. In total, I waited from 11AM - 4PM. Five hours to replace ONE popped tire, not even all the tires. I would look into a different place next time for a quick fix. The people there do seem nice and knowledgeable. I understand as that since it was a same day appointment, the process may take longer, but I booked it hours in advance and I wasted my time waiting around for a simple fix. It would’ve been a better experience if there was an accurate waiting time and location."

"When in at around 8:40 am. I had an appointment at 9 am that I requested thru Yelp. It was about 5 min away from my house. I had a nail stuck in the rear passenger tire. The counter person went out and inspected it and said he would Let me know if any issues would come up. They put my car up and in about an hour had me going on my way. It was complimentary. They went above and beyond and will now choose this establishment for My future tire purchases. I got two cars coming up. So I will be returning enthusiastically as a paying customer. Thanks !!!"

"Had a nail in my tire while driving on the 405. It was Sunday evening and most of other places are closed. My husband helped me made an appointment at American Tire Depot for 8am on Monday. He also asked me to get there 15 minutes earlier. When I arrived at 7:45am, the shop was still closed. There was 1 person in front of me. It opened at 8am sharp. The person behind the counter was well mannered. He apologized to me for arriving at 8am and asked me what he could help me with. I told him I needed a patch on my tire. He had me filled in a form and he went to help the person behind me. Once I completed my form, I returned to him and he told me it will take about 45-60 minutes to do my job. They do this for free. I don't mind waiting. Other places would charge $20-30 to patch the tire. I went to Ralph to walk around and pretty fast it was already 50 minutes. I went back to the shop and I was told my car is almost ready. And within a few minutes, he passed me the key to my car. The office inside is very organized and clean. Friendly workers. I see there are some promotion going on, Buy 3 free 4th tire . May be this is a good deal. I am not sure when the promotion will end. This was in 7/23/2021."
