"Biggest scam that there is out there, canceling your policy or even getting your claims back is so much difficult. The representatives are rude and will not answer any of your questions straight. Please look for a better renters policy."

"I canceled my policy and money was still withdrawn directly from my checking account. It feels unsettling to know a company would not acknowledge this type of mistake. Now I am being told I should get a refund within a week if the funds can be put back into my account. However, if that option doesn’t work it could take 4-6 weeks to send me a check. The gentleman that helped on the phone was very nice, however the company offered no apology. This isn’t a good way to do business. Elaine"

"Good luck getting your money back. They are a scam. They charge you twice and say a check is on its way but never arrives. You hear that from so many people and if you call them and ask they get mad - they know exactly what they’re doing. Don’t waste your money there!!"

"I can see that many others also suffered the same issue I did. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This company is a fraud. They say you can cancel your policy online and yet I ended up with a charge despite cancelling it online. Then they say “just because you don’t see an active policy doesn’t mean you don’t have a policy”… Very concerning that your website engine is showing incorrect data making your clients believe they don’t have one. Even more concerning that the company said that phrase to me in the first place."

"Hold on now. I enjoyed while I was there. I cancelled my plan online. I literally have no policy with them but they trying to run my cards and are attempting more than one!!!! Like why are multiple cards stored in your system when I couldn’t even do that myself?!?! Waiting til 8am when they open but now I have to make sure I don’t have my cards unlocked because they have my ish stored. Just a mess. Knew this was a scam from the get go. These apartments have them a little side hustle!"
