"** SCAM ** Customer service is solely a catfish tactic to give off the illusion of coverage. You are better off getting liability for legal purposes and just be really good at shopping outsourced services. EXAMPLE: I had a rock crack my windshield on the highway and so you would think full coverage means full coverage but errrr wrong. I go to get serviced (i was quoted 325$ deductible for the windshield over the phone) I get to the shop and its 456$ ??!!!! I went ahead and shopped on facebook market and found a guy who will do it for 230$. **SCAM** Jose btw super combative over the phone which is super silly of him to do."
