"Came in here just looking, and Joseph (also goes by Joey) came up and helped my brother and I out. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and even walked us through how to place an order. You can tell he has a genuine excitement for the cars and made it a fun viewing experience without any heavy purchasing pressure. We didn't get a chance to test drive at first, but after we left, he even made sure to call us as soon as a spot opened up. Fantastic service!"

"If you plan on coming here, ask for Deiton, he's super kind and spends time answering your questions about current inventory. I really liked the employees here. Super approachable but not overwhelming. I had the pleasure of connecting with Deiton and he was the most professional Tesla employee I ever met. He was respectful of my boundaries but was willing to make sure he was able to get me going with a model 3. Unfortunately as a busy business person, I had to hold off my purchase due to my current vehicle being financed and taking time to sell at the right price. I had stopped by because this is one of the only few Tesla stores at the time to have a new Model 3 Highland in their showroom."

"Extremely unprofessional of the employees. Felt super uncomfortable being around the male employees.i was talking to an employee about purchasing a model X and he looked so annoyed. He was so vague the whole time, he even sighed after I asked him “how much the S plaid was” I feel extremely disgusted by this behavior. I’m a business woman and this isn’t how I would want my employees to treat my clients. It’s disgusting behavior."

"Tesla at Fashion Island Newport Beach was a good experience. We test drove the new Tesla Model Y. The locale is in the mall nearby the subterranean parking lot. One level below. They have about 10 cars ready to test drive. The rep Tony was very knowledgeable & helpful. Great place to get up to speed on Tesla products."

"The salesman said they have the ONLY 7 seat Model Y available in a show room in Orange County. On a side note, if you scoot the front seats up a bit and scoot the 2nd row all the way up, then the legroom throughout the car is just enough for 7 people. Even with the 3rd row in use, there's still ample trunk space which still has a deep component when you lift off the cover. I would still say only children or small adults under 5'5 could tolerate being in the 3rd row more than 15 minutes at a time though."
