"If I could give less than one star, I would. Barely greeted upon walking in, after arriving early for my first appointment with this “practice”. Was asked for my insurance card and ID. Receptionist tried calling to verify my insurance twice; and got a weird pre-recorded phone error. I asked her if pulling up my own current benefits online would be helpful, she giggled and said “no, I need to speak to someone or we need to reschedule”. As someone with INTENSE anxiety with dentists, just making and arriving to this appointment was hard enough, so I asked if I could take a seat and try to call again, she said sure. I called, got through and then was asked for the TaxID (which I obviously don’t have) so I walked up to let her know I got through (shocking) and they are needing the TaxID for next steps. She laughed and said she can’t use my personal phone. At this point, shaking, I gathered my ID and insurance card and asked to cancel the appointment. TERRIBLE customer service (especially for a first visit). Will not be rescheduling with any of the locations."

"The reviews for this place are completely accurate BUT the quality of the service is good once you actually get seen by the dentists. The problem with this place is the administration staff or something. Today I showed up for my appointment at 2 pm and the door was just locked. No note, nothing. I arrived a little early but this is mid day, not morning. While I was on the phone with corporate, the lady opened the door right at 2pm and said they were on lunch... Like what is this? Some small town? I can't wait in the lobby while people eat lunch? It was ridiculous but the dentists did a great job on my fillings and the quality and friendliness of the dental staff is great."

"Went to my first appointment today, the assistant had to redo several of the xrays. The dentist came in and checked my teeth, and recommended I get braces... at the age of 52. No dentist in my entire life has EVER recommended braces to me, what in the world??? Then he says I have EIGHT CAVITIES??? I haven't had a cavity since before 2010, I've seen dentists in three counties in the meantime, and suddenly I have a mouth full of cavities. Sounds like a money grab to me. And I have to return to get a simple cleaning? Definitely looking elsewhere for care."

"I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this dentist, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. My appointment was scheduled for today and I arrived promptly, only to be kept waiting for an excruciating four hours. The waiting area was crowded, uncomfortable, and lacked any semblance of organization. Patients were coming and going with no rhyme or reason, and there was no communication from the staff regarding the extensive delays. When I finally saw the dentist, it was clear that they were rushed and disinterested. The quality of care was subpar, and it felt like I was just another number in their assembly line of patients. The lack of respect for patients' time and well-being is appalling. I would strongly advise anyone seeking dental care to steer clear of this establishment unless they have hours to waste and low expectations for quality treatment. Save yourself the frustration and find a dentist who values their patients' time and provides competent care."

"Showed up on time for my appointment to find the office randomly closed, no phone call or anything. Rescheduled my appointment and commuted over to find the office randomly closed again, no call. Usually I’m pretty charitable with these kinds of things but not calling patients to let them know you’re going to leave due to an emergency twice(!!!) is too many times for me to risk rescheduling with them when I really need this dental work done. Don’t come here."
