"The worse experience of my life. When I went I was diagnosed with Oligo and from the jump Dr. BK told me my baby would not make it, and he refused to try any interventions to help. He also was very rude and did not have any compassion towards my situation. The worse part was hearing him he will see me again in a few week IF I was still pregnant and he would prepare me for dealing with my baby not making it when he’s born. VERY unprofessional the only person who was nice was the lab tech. She was really optimistic and caring. Although they say when you’re a doctor you don’t show emotions but you should definitely care how you deliver information to certain patients especially when dealing with something like that."

"Coming here was the worst experience of my pregnancy. I gave birth on May 25, 2021. I hate to say but I am still dealing with this awful office. I came here due to being gestational diabetic. I understood I was not allowed to have anyone come with me due to Covid. (Most places are doing this.) The amount of time I spent just waiting on some one to see me was ridiculous! Especially when all you hear is the staff cutting up and playing around. ALL THE TIME!!! Having fun at work is fine, but you are still supposed to do your job first . . . One time I had to come in for a Specialist from St. Jude to check on my baby's heart. I was told to arrive 15 mins early because this doctor doesn't wait on anyone. So I arrived early and checked in. I waited over 40 minutes. I even heard the doctor ask where I was. HE ALMOST LEFT!!!! Turns out the front desk receptionist didn't check me in! Luckily I was listening and he stayed to see me. . . I saw Dr. BK probably twice during the 3 months I was a patient, and I was going every 2 weeks! His NP isn't really helpful. There were several times she said she was going to perform a test but not tell me why till after the test was back. She would leave me in a room crying with no explanation. I had to get a sudden fetal EKG once and wasn't told why this was happening. . . . The ultrasound techs were WONDERFUL. And so was the triage nurse. . . The billing person is HORRIBLE. She honestly doesn't know what she is doing. I keep receiving bills for services that have been paid. Each time she says "I will take care of it", "You have a zero balance", "You won't receive another bill," "There is nothing I can do, IT is a system error." I have gone through this FOUR times! The issue is still not fixed. I honestly don't see it being resolved any time soon. I would not recommend this doctor or office to anyone!"

"My daughter was referred to Dr.Bk at 24 weeks. We had two visits and both was great! They literally keep watch on you the whole time. They run a tight schedule so don’t be late. The third visit ended in us being in the hospital for two months to save my grandson from coming early. The nurse practitioners and Dr. Bk was great! Today our healthy baby celebrated two months of life!"
