"We were transferred to Dr. Jessica Ruffin because our previous well mannered Dr. Keagan retired. Because our experience with Adam's Patterson staff was great we opted to stay with them. Unfortunately, my wife said it seemed like she (Dr. Ruffin ) seemed to act like she had a better place to be than with her as if she was forced to see her clients. I suggested my wife to give her one more chance, and I regreted it when I received a bill for lab work. After having 3 babies already my wife exactly knows what a papsmear test is & even though she didn't take a sample from her we got a bill for a pap test that a sample was not taken from. Assuming that it was a mistake , I called the office several times to see what was going on . The billing office said there is atest result -- well then it is either a sample from another pt or it is fraud as my wife is a mother of 3 and knows what a pap test is. The lady from billing dept said I would be contacted by Dr. Ruffin --I waited for weeks & no response. So basedon my experience stay aaway from this office, ofcourse there are some other good doctors in the office but if you are in labour there is a good chance that she will be the oncall for that office & you will be attended by unethical person."
