"My experience with Ms Join Lee was not a great one at all... I was telling her how much pain ,and problems I've been having in my legs from top to bottom. But she basically told me to shut up, and that I was sounding like a kid or her kid just because I was letting her know my pain.. She didn't care about anything I had.to say, and she wasnt listening to my needs or how I felt. She Didn't refer me to anyone or try to do anything of that sortAll she did was tell me to go to Walmart and buy some wheel to roll up my back and wrote me a Prescription for some pain pills and come back in 3 months.. I told her I can barely walk at times and my pain is unbearable to the point I can't sleep or do my job and and she sends me back home the same way I came, no referral or nothing just still missing work and about to lose my job.. A waste of time and money and Definitely unprofessional"

"In the beginning I thought she was somewhat a good NP to see but she’s not any help whatsoever. She sent me home with no medication, went through a lot of things that could have caused what’s going on with me (I never used) and she told don’t always come to the doctor when this happens it’s normal.. this is NOT normal. Not mention she said my liver was failing now all of a sudden she said she never told me that, when a nurse called and delivered the message. Wow!!"
