"Oh my goodness watch out for Courtney Friermood! Over processed my highlights and she fried my hair to the point of no return. I asked if I could at least have a refund for the root touch up ( couldnt be done because my hair would have melted off) she didn’t do, Courtney stated she would not give a refund and that I could go in and have her fix it. But you couldn’t pay me to go back to her. Courtney instead of bad mouthing your boyfriends baby momma, learn how to properly treat hair. You are garbage hair by Courtney!"
