"Best dental place ever sweet people care about you"

"The dentist is really nice here but the staff is very uncaring there is a lady Sandra who wouldn't even step away from the desk to ask the doctor a question she said they open at 9 and I called at 9:15 to get my son an appointment he is in so much pain and it seemed like she didn't care at all and brushed me off and said I had to come in the next day no prescription or anything I understand how things work in an office but she seemed very uncaring and like she didn't even care my son was in pain she couldn't even step away to ask the doctor a simple question. She was rude and brushing me off saying that she wasn't gonna argue with me I was very polite at 1st but my son was in pain and she wasn't even considering asking the doctor anything II feel like the staff should be more understanding if they're gonna be in the business of tennis of caring for people. She shouldn't work there if she doesn't like her job considering changing dentist but my son really likes his actual dentist."
