"Completely heartbroken after bringing my son here for his first haircut. He had the most beautiful curly hair which I loved so much. I brought him in for a trim because it was getting in his eyes and looking a little disheveled. I asked for the hairdresser to make it look a bit neater and showed her photos of what I wanted. I basically wanted a trim of the top so it would be out of his eyes and for the back and sides to be a little bit shorter. I never expected her to cut off as much as she did. She completely butchered his hair. He had almost 6 inches of gorgeous curls on top and now has maybe 2 inches left. I expressed my concern to her at the start of the cut that he would lose his curls and she said, "we'll see." Of course the curls are completely gone because she cut so much off! The worst part of it is, she didn't cut off a single in tact curl for me to take home. I specifically asked for this in the beginning. Instead, she cut off a couple inches at a time and sent me home with a bag of 1 inch hair clippings. The cut isn't even good anyways. It's shorter on the top than it is on the sides and the back. It looks like the sort of haircut an 80 year old woman would get. I would've been better off trimming it myself at home. This was a terrible experience which I regret immensely. I'm devastated with how it turned out and so disappointed that my son's beautiful hair is gone. I thought I could trust a professional with something this important but I was so wrong. Save yourselves the heartache and find someone more professional to entrust with your kids."

"FIRST & LAST time ever coming here. I came to get my 7 month old son his first haircut as it was long and covering his eyes. My husband took him to get his haircut & he couldn’t remember her name but said she was a young heavier set woman. He told her what he wanted which was size 2 on the side & a scissor trim at the top. She completely cut all his hair off & left nothing. Didn’t blend ANYTHING or asked if it was okay after, absolutely nothing. Husband isn’t the type to say anything or make it noticeable that he was upset at how it came out. As soon as I saw my son, I was angry at how it came out. We went back & her excuse was “he’s small, I don’t wanna mess it up” when he barely moved. It’s a kids haircut place… mind you my son had long strands of hair on the side of his ear that weren’t cut. I asked her to cut it off since it’s all one size (size2) like how do you mess it up?! She doesn’t have the skill set to work on kids hair. Husband said it lasted more than 5 but less than 10mins. I’ve included before & after pics. Completely angry & heartbroken for my son. I felt his personality was taken away after."

"I took my 8 and 4 year old daughters here for their very first haircuts and I have to say I am very disappointed with how their hair looks. I told Sarah to give my 4 year old a Slanted Bob and it looked good until after I washed her hair the next day and I noticed her hair is crooked in the back and there are very noticeable longer strands of hair. My 8 year old wanted short to Medium layers but it doesn't even look like she had gotten a haircut. I tried calling to see if there is something that can be done but no answer."
