"This was a bad experience. I hadn’t had my hair cut in a couple years. I have curly hair. I like it shorter on top so I can rat it and get some height. I like it curly not straight. I made this clear when asked what I wanted. I got nothing what I wanted. She did what she wanted. I let her straighten it, it looked awful. I got home showered, tried to style it. It was still long on top. So my sister and I cut it ourselves. Now I have just what I wanted. I wish stylist would listen to what clients want. I will not be back or recommend this salon to anyone ever."
