"A year ago Modesta threatened to send me to collections when discussing my payment plan and refused to accept my payment when I called ready to pay, she instead yelled at me through the phone and now harasses my mom and illegally files charges to her accounts to this day. Complaints about Modesta date back YEARS I’m not sure why she is still employed. They absolutely have record of me being a patient because I have the braces contract and texts from appointments. We will be pursuing action and investigation."

"Worst office ever. Besides the long wait times. The office manager Modesta, was always pushing for my daughter to get braces at every appointment. Because of work I couldn’t go with my daughter to one of her appointments, who at the time was a minor. They made her sign a contract without me being present; what kind of corrupt people do that? These people! This office manager is obviously money hungry and does not care a little bit for children’s health."

"My friend went to this orthodontist recently and had a terrible experience with the staff at the front desk, specifically the lady with curly hair... Medusa... Medusta. He kindly approached her after calling ahead of time to ask for them to fix a broken bracket of his. She had told him that there was no appointment under his name and that he should have been more careful with his braces. His mom started to get mad since they had driven down from Los Angeles immediately after his bracket broke. He had been up there for his great-grandmother's funeral until he ate a hard piece of a tostada which ultimately caused him to break his bracket. He had only one appointment left until his braces got removed, but if the bracket didn't get fixed soon it would delay the whole process. Medusa told his mom that she could not fit them in the schedule even though the office was completely empty. She told her, very rudely might I add, that they would have another $150 fee for coming in without an appointment, even though they had called ahead of time. Either way, his mom was practically gaslighted into paying the extra amount, though they had already paid so much for the braces in the first place. Medusa came to the back while he was getting his bracket fixed and asked the assistants to deband him although his treatment (that his mom had fully paid for already) was not done yet. Clearly, this wasn't possible since his treatment was not done yet. The assistant didn't deband him, but he and his mom shouldn't have to argue constantly in this office to be treated fairly. From all the people that I know and am close too who have been here, every single one has told me to stay away from this office all because of this lady! I mean seriously, the doctor is jeopardizing his business for her?? I have also heard that she has a bad attitude and acts as if she runs the place, but I don't see her name anywhere. I was seriously thinking of coming here, but after my friend's experience with this lady, I might have to rethink that."
