Temecula Dental Practice and Orthodontics

"Very disappointed with this practice. I scheduled an appointment here because of the advertisement they have posted in their window. “$59 Cleaning, Exam and Digital X-Rays” At my appointment, they didn’t do x-rays on me because I am pregnant. I was fine with that. Then they took me back into the room where I thought they would then clean my teeth. All they did was send someone in to discuss their payment options with me? I was very confused while sitting there thinking to myself that I had already paid the $59 for everything I had anticipated I was getting. So, long story short, they did not clean my teeth and I had no idea why. They said it was going to cost me like $900 if I signed up for their dental plan…. And over $1,000 if I paid out of pocket with no plan. How is that a savings?! Anyways, you can imagine how I felt after leaving basically getting absolutely nothing and still having to pay $59. So, I had to call them back after I left and speak to a manager to let her know the experience I had. Although she wasn’t rude over the phone, she basically took no accountability and said that the sign they have posted needs to be taken down because it’s false advertisement and very misleading. I was supposed to go back for the cleaning I never received at no additional cost for their mistake. A day prior to my appointment, the office called to confirm my appointment and had no recollection that this was a complimentary cleaning. She had asked if I am using insurance for this appointment and I said no because this is a free cleaning due to it not being done at my initial appointment. She seemed very confused and like she had no idea what the situation was. I thought the manager would have taken a few moments of her time when I had spoken to her previously to notate what the situation was? But the girl that had called to confirm my appointment made it sound like I was going to have to pay again and mentioned that the $59 special is only good for a one time visit. Beware of this when you think you are getting a good deal for what’s listed and don’t end up getting anything and no refund."

"The employees appear to be doing everything possible to do a good job, but the corporate structure seems to be against them. You, as the paying customer, will be required to be flexible to their scheduling and make multiple trips because they won't have everything necessary to complete a visit with one appointment. I had to go 3 times and twice I was surprised to find out I would need to come back a week later. That's disrespectful of my time and my work wasn't happy I had to take multiple half days with little notice to accommodate my dentist's poor planning/communication."

"I was in need of an emergency appointment and Dr. Mustafa Alshabeeb was able to see me the same day ! Tracy took great care of me during the X-ray process and made me feel so comfortable. I can’t thank them enough for a wonderful experience"

"Dr. Thanh Le is amazing and I wish I found her earlier. I used to hate going to the dentist, till I met her! Her customer service is top notch. With previous dentists I have been too, the doctor only talks to you for ~5 min, but not here! She takes her time to answer any questions I have and makes me feel comfortable during my exam. She often does the cleanings herself too, not pawning off her work to the Hygienist. She also never overcharges me, only recommending procedures that I actually need, and treats her all staff with care. As long as Dr. Le is at Temecula Dental Practice, I will continue to go here."
