"Pros: wide selection including great accessories, friendly staff, dressing rooms. Cons: prices are high, and arbitrary. We had different staff people tell us completely different prices for renting items, it all seems totally made up on the spot. At one point a staffer was whispering a price to us because she said she didn’t want another customer to hear our quote. I had to agree to a $700 deposit for items that at most might be worth $100. I wish pricing was more transparent - list prices for renting a full outfit, or single items of different types clearly, that way customers don’t feel they’re getting cheated."
